Our goal at CrossFit Gantry is to provide our members with the best coaching and programming we can. In true CrossFit fashion our Programming is broad, varied and inclusive. Our programming is designed for you to attend our classes in any combination of days and still see benefits. As you grow as a CrossFitter you will develop a personal program and a routine of attending classes through the week.

GANTRY PREP

The Gantry Prep course is designed to expose the newest members of our community to the language of CrossFit, the fundamental movements and the intensity of CrossFit training.

POWERLIFTING

Gantry Powerlifting uses the four major lifts: the squat, bench press, deadlift and press, to develop the body’s major muscle groups of your legs, back and upper body.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Weightlifting, like other forms of heavy resistance training, strengthens your skeleton and reduces your risk of injury in other sports activities

CROSSFIT
