We are very excited to introduce our new Mobility 101 class. Mobility 101 will have a programmed mobility WOD just like our CrossFit classes. The goal of the mobility WOD will be to restore your body to a resting “neutral” using breathing techniques, flexibility and strengthening exercises. Each week will alternate between upper, lower and total body work. The class schedule will be:
Tuesdays 6:15-7 pm
Thursday 7-7:45 am
Sunday 10-11 am
Becky, Jay and Joe Lipsky will alternate teaching. Joe is working towards his Phd in Physical Therapy at Columbia University. He specializes in flexibility and strength and conditioning to help you accomplish all of your health and fitness goals. We are honored to have him join our team to help deliver to you the best fitness experience possible.
