Just a reminder about the Holiday Weekend Schedule:
Friday July 1 – All classes normal through the day. Evening classes are 5 and 6 pm.
There will be No 7 pm class. No Powerlifting.
Saturday July 2 – 9, 10, 11 am CrossFit class. 9 am Powerlifting.
Sunday July 3 and Monday July 4- The gym will be closed.
Classes will resume as normal on Tuesday July 5th.
