Lacross ball belly of hamstring
Active/Dynamic Stretch:
Long low lunge, alternating sides x 20
Upward dog/ Downward dog x 10
Reach and roll x 20
Turtle/ Giraffe x 10w/3 sec hold
Pendulum swings x 20 (Hanging hollow/ superman)
Specific Warm up:
Burgerner Warm up of the clean
Squat Drops
Hang Squat Clean with empty bar
Work up to a heavy squat clean
Then 3 rounds
5 T2B
20 Double unders
3 Cleans at opening weight

I apologize about score issue but it is out of my hands. I have done everything I can to follow up with CrossFit HQ. I have been reassured by them that all scores will be validated as soon as they solve the issue. As soon as I hear something I will let everyone know.
In the meantime, everyone should be preparing for the 16.2 announcement and workout. The live Announcement show will be on at 8 pm tonight. Here are two clues from CrossFit Games Director Dave Castro. Any guesses as to what the workout will be?

If you did not have a chance to do 16.1 on Saturday and you still need to be judged to submit a score, you can do it today during open floor at 5 pm. Due to the space and time requirements of 16.1 performing the workout after 5 pm will be at the discretion of the Coach of the class and dependent upon how crowded the gym is. Scores must be submitted by 8 pm on the CrossFit Games website.
