On a treadmill:
Warm up 10 mins easy running.
then
Tabata intervals 4 mins
With the treadmill set at an 8-10 incline and at your 5K pace, perform 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. Keep the belt speed going and jump onto the side rail for your rest.
Cool down 5 mins.
Reminder : Today’s classes are at 6, 7,8 and and Noon. The gym will be closing at 1 pm for Christmas Eve and the Christmas Holiday. We will re-open with regular hours on Tuesday December 29th at 6 am.
