1-5 MUs- Pick a number you can maintain all ten minutes. Perform 5 burpees at the end for every rep you cannot complete.
GP WOD:

200 single-unders
7 hang power clean and jerk 115/75# or 95/65#
Open WOD:
3 RFT
100 double-unders
7 hang power clean and jerk 185/115# or 165/105# or 135/95#
