There were some amazing feats of strength at this years Reebok CrossFit Games. The Individual Final was a grueling couplet of 4 20′ high thick rope climbs and 3 Overhead squats at 245/165#. It was such a tough workout that Demo athlete Wes Piatt, 4th Place from the NorCal Regioanls could not even finish it. Rich Froning completed it in 1:40.
