Bench Press
5-5-3-3-1-1
Perform 5-8 strict pull ups between each set. Use less band assistance than you normal would for the pull ups.

The CrossFit Open is upon us.  The first workout will be announced on Thursday night at 8 pm.  We will be doing the Open workouts during Saturday morning classes the next five weeks.  Details of how we will run the Saturday morning classes will be decided once we see what the weekly workout is.  We will be post it on the website and in the Facebook group on Fridays.
