12 KB Snatch, alternating 24/16k

Perform the workout, just like the song.
i.e On the first day of christmas, 1 HSPU. On the second day of christmas, 2 Turkish get ups and 1 HSPU. On the third day of christmas, 3 box jumps, 2 turkish get ups, 1 HSPU. Etc, etc.
