Monday 03.30.2020

We will continue with the same online schedule this week with a couple changes. The morning 7 and 9 am classes, and the noon class will remain the same. Our evening classes will shift a half hour to 5:30 and 6:30 pm. Saturday morning will remain 8, 9 and 10 am, and the Sunday morning Coffee and Stretch will remain the same at 9 am.

M-F 7,9 am, Noon, 5:30, 6:30 pm.

Sat 8, 9, 10 am

We will continue with the same schedule of Virtual Classes; 7, 9 am, 12, 6, 7 pm.
We will be posting a video of the warm up in the Facebook Group after the morning class.  If you are unable to make it on for a virtual session, you can follow the video warm up and do the workout on your own.
