Just a reminder everyone! Tomorrow from 1pm-4pm is the Olympic Weightlifting seminar at @crossfitgantry! All levels of experience are welcome. The event is FREE but a $20 donation is suggested to Rise Youth Athletics! Here is a loose agenda for the day: Introductions/movement demo – 5-10 min Warm-up – 10 min Snatch drills – 60-70min (with breaks) Clean drills – 45-60 min (with breaks) Jerk drills – 30-45min Question/answer/drinks/snacks Come ready to work! Bring your weightlifting shoes if you have them.
