We understand that not everyone can do a bar muscle up. There are basically three options for you today for the workout:
1. IF you can snatch 75/55# you can do the workout Rx, perform 10 snatches and spend the rest of the time trying to do a bar muscle up if you are close. You will have a score of 10 reps, Rx. ( highly recommended).
2. IF you can snatch 75/55# you can do the workout Rx, perform 10 snatches and then continue with whatever version of 5 pull ups you have and do the 7 minute workout as 10 snatches/5 pull ups. You will have a score of 10 reps, Rx.
3. IF you cannot snatch 75/55# perform the entire workout scaled as written, 10 snatches/ 5 jumping chest to bar pull up.
