Holiday weekend schedule and Fourth of July BBQ

The holiday weekend schedule will be as follows:
Thurs 7/4: 10, 11 am, 12 pm CrossFit, 1 pm Open Floor.  We will be having a 4th of July BBQ after classes.
Fri 7/5: 10,11 am, 12 pm CrossFit
Sat 7/6: 10, 11am CrossFit
Sun 7/7: Closed

Fathers Day

Regular open floor hours today from 11-1.  Make sure you call your dad.

Memorial Day Murph

We will be doing the Memorial Day “Murph” Hero WOD on Saturday May 25th.  The gym will open at 9:30 for self led warm up and prep. There will be 3 Heats going off  at 10, 11 and Noon.    Please arrive early to begin your prep before the class time you would like to attend.  “Murph” is named after Medal of Honor recipient Michael Murphy. It is to honor ALL of our fallen military members with a challenging workout.

 

 

New Prep Course Beginning Tonight 5/14

We have a new Prep Course beginning on Tuesday evening.  It will run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 pm, and Saturdays at 9 am for two weeks.  if you have been waiting to get started, tonight is your chance.

A new morning Prep Course will begin next Monday 5/20 at 6 am and will run for two weeks Mon-Wed-Fri.

Evening schedule change begins Monday April 29th

Our new evening class schedule begins today, Monday April 29.  Classes will be moving to the hour and we are adding an additional evening class.  The new schedule will be Mon-Thurs 6,7 and 8 pm and Friday 6 and 7 pm.

Paleo/ Zone Nutrition Talk

Saturday April 27th @ 1pm

Come join coaches Bryan and Devin along with special guest Joe Lopez, owner of Kettlebell Kitchen, for an  informational presentation about  the Paleo and Zone Diets.  Learn about the benefits of eating Paleo or Zone and how easy it is to incorporate them into your lifestyle.   There will be a question and answer session, and Kettlebell Kitchen will be providing some Paleo treats.

Gantry Endurance Class Begins Tonight

We will begin a CrossFit Endurance Running class on Tuesdays at 7pm beginning on April 23rd.  The class will be one hour consisting of a warm up, running drills and an Endurance WOD. Gantry Endurance is open to all unlimited members or counts towards one of your weekly classes for the 2x or 3x a week memberships.
