Gantry Endurance

The Gantry Endurance running program is rooted out of the racing and coaching career of owner and head coach Jay Hachadoorian and the training methodologies of CrossFit Endurance.

Jay has been a running and triathlon coach utilizing the POSE Method of training, a system for teaching running technique developed by Dr. Nick Romanov to ensure efficient, injury-free movement taught through poses, since 2004, combined with strength training specific to the needs of endurance athletes.

In 2010 Jay discovered CrossFit Endurance, which advocates proper form and strength training as the foundation of a good endurance practice. Since this fell right in line with the training methods Jay had incorporated into his coaching he quickly adopted the CrossFit Endurance protocols. Jay has used the CrossFit Endurance training methods with endurance athletes of all distances, from 5k to Sprint triathlon, marathon to Ironman.

The goals of the Gantry Endurance program are to build a team of racers who will compete in endurance events around the tri state area and spread the word about CrossFit Endurance.
