Gantry Kids is all about having fun, growing up strong and healthy
and developing a lifelong love of fitness.
Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to:
- Promote functional movement, enabling your child to move through life injury free.
- Increase physical competence, in turn promoting self esteem and cultivating leadership skills.
- Develop critical thinking and memory by practicing complex movements and sequences, keeping track of reps and rounds and tallying scores!
- Teach your child sportsmanship and the benefits of building community and fostering teamwork.
CrossFit Kids can equally favor a child who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring movements and workouts so that each participant is challenged enough to deliver their own measurable results and personal athletic progress.
