Option 1. Try A Free Class

It’s really easy to get started.

No matter your fitness level or background, all that is absolutely necessary to start training is an open mind and a commitment to the program.

You’ve already taken some time to read what we are about. We’ve explained how our program can produce remarkable results and is scalable to suit all fitness levels. Maybe you’re just not sure you believe it, or not sure you will “fit in” once you get to the facility. That’s perfectly understandable, and you are not the only one who has felt that way.

Click here to signup for our next intro class, nothing we say will make much sense until you do it. The first class is free and if you don’t like it, all it cost you was 45 minutes of your time and at the very least, you will get a great workout. However, if you don’t try it, you could be missing an opportunity that could be life-changing.

Option 2. Get Signed Up for our Gantry Prep

If you know you are ready for CrossFit, skip the free intro and sign up for the next Gantry Prep Course.

The Gantry Prep course is designed to expose the newest members of our community to the language of CrossFit, the fundamental movements and the intensity of CrossFit training. The Prep Course consists of four 60-minute small group classes. Over the course of the four classes, you will learn how to safely and effectively perform our program’s most common movements. Our coaches will provide instruction and progressive introduction to the 9 foundational movements as well as some of the most common CrossFit exercises. By the end of the Prep Course, you will be ready to join in our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.

If one of our regularly scheduled Prep Course times is not convenient for you, you may want to try a private Prep Course. One-on-One coaching is the most effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals and gain mastery of our foundational movements. Over the course of the four One-on-one coaching sessions you will learn how to safely and efficiently perform our program’s 9 foundational movements. The coaches will tailor the pace of instruction and the rigor of your sessions specifically to your fitness capacity. One-on-One Coaching is strongly recommended if you have been sedentary for over a year, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

Option 3. Join Group Classes

Once you have completed our Prep Course, you are now ready to jump in the group WOD’s!

After the Gantry Prep course you will have a two-week unlimited membership that you can use to attend any of our regularly scheduled classes. Try different times, different coaches or different programs and begin to develop your personal CrossFit program. At the end of the free two weeks you can choose the membership level that best suits your needs, 2x week, 3x week or unlimited. You may find that you are drawn to just lifting, which is great. We also offer a 3x week Powerlifting membership.
