In true CrossFit fashion our Programming is broad, varied and inclusive. Our programming is designed for you to attend our classes in any combination of days and still see benefits. As you grow as a CrossFitter you will develop a personal program and a routine of attending classes through the week.
Gantry Powerlifting uses the four major lifts: the squat, bench press, deadlift and press, to develop the body’s major muscle groups of your legs, back and upper body. You will perform ancillary movements in combination with the four lifts week to week to reach your strength goals. Every workout builds on the previous workout with the goal of getting you stronger over time.
