Gantry Powerlifting uses the four major lifts: the squat, bench press, deadlift and press, to develop the body’s major muscle groups of your legs, back and upper body. You will perform ancillary movements in combination with the four lifts week to week to reach your strength goals. Every workout builds on the previous workout with the goal of getting you stronger over time.

Protein should be lean and varied and account for about 30% of your total caloric load.

Our Recovery Massage incorporates evidence-based techniques to affect the autonomic nervous system using methods that encourage parasympathetic mode (also known as rest and digest/feed and breed mode).
