We will have a normal schedule today. All classes are on.
We are excited to have Kim Jordan, MA, NTP, nutritional consultant from Kettlebell Kitchen, join us on Wednesday October 12 at 8PM for a nutrition presentation! Yep, we are going to talk about food and fueling your athletic body. Topics will include healthy eating, nutrient timing, the Paleo and Zone Diets and how Kettlebell Kitchen can help you achieve your fitness goals. If you are looking to take the next step with your health and fitness, this is a must attend! In subsequent weeks, Kim will be offering 10-15 minute free sessions to help you, one-on-one, with your nutrition plan. This is a FREE event.
