Loading the WODs from Beyond the Whiteboard

Seven years ago we opened our door and held our first workout.  We didn’t even have a whiteboard yet.  We are so proud and honored to the amazing coaches who make this all possible, and the great members who push us to be better coaches and be a better gym every day.
