We are very excited to have my good friend David Mykel as our guest coach today. You may have seen David around the gym training clients or talking to a client while they lay on the floor.  David is a psychologist, personal trainer and adventure sports coach and has created the B3 Training System; Brain, Body and Breath. He will be leading us through his PFX Experience class to today incorporating psychology and neuroscience training, accountability training, breath-work and meditation into one of our classic benchmark CrossFit workouts.   Today’s class will be a special one and you do not want to miss it.
