CrossFit Open workout 14.5 on Saturday morning at CrossFit Gantry: Heats will go off approximately every 20-25 minutes. We will have 8-9 people per heat. Because this workout is NOT an AMRAP and has NO time cap, I will be assigning heats. Those who will most likely be taking a longer time for the workout will go in an earlier heat. Please post in the Facebook group if you are planning on coming to do the workout, scaled or unscaled (the only scaling is load). I will post a tentative heat list in the Facebook Group when I have all those who are coming. Again, if you know you will be taking longer for the workout, plan on going in one of the earlier heats beginning shortly after 10 am.
