*With a continuously running clock do 1 hang power clean the first minute, 2 hang power cleans the second minute, 3 hang power cleans the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed. Each new set or every time you break must begin with a deadlift to the top of the hang position.
