Tonight is Bring a Friend night. Have you been talking up CrossFit Gantry to someone but can’t get them to commit. Well bring them in for a free class. Not a free intro, a free class. Every Wednesday in January you can bring a friend for free to the 5, 6, 7 or 8 pm class. We will be focusing on more body weight workouts and/or some of the easier lifts, so they wont be lost. It is a great opportunity for you to show off your fitness…and the gym!
