Whether you are new to CrossFit or coming from another CrossFit gym, we would love to get to know you. Please schedule a 20-minute consult call to tell us about yourself, your goals, and how we can help you get into the best shape of your life

Take a free trial class
We would love to introduce you to the gym, our coaches, and some of our members. After your consult, come in and take a free trial class. See what we do and how we do it. It is important to make sure CrossFit Gantry is the perfect fit for you

Sign Up and start your training
If you are coming from another CrossFit gym and you are proficient with all of the CrossFit movements, you can sign up for regular membership and jump right into classes.
If you are just getting started, it is time to sign up for our Prep class and schedule your first one-on-one session.
