Most effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals
Gantry Prep is required for all new members who have never done CrossFit. The Gantry Prep Package exposes you to the benefits of both Private Coaching AND Group classes. Gantry Prep includes 6 One on One sessions + One month Unlimited membership.
After your first 4 sessions your free month of Gold Membership begins. You can attend any classes on our regular schedule. You will have an additional 2 one on one sessions to schedule with your coach at any time during the first month. you can work on anything you would like or that your coach thinks you need some extra attention with. At the end of the Gantry Prep you can decide to continue with Group Classes, Private Coaching OR a Combo of BOTH.
One-on-One coaching is the most effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals and gain mastery of our foundational movements. The Private Prep Course consists of four 60-minute one on one classes. During your sessions, you will learn how to safely and effectively perform our program’s most common movements. Our coaches will provide instruction and a progressive introduction to the 9 foundational movements as well as some of the most common CrossFit exercises. Your Coach will help you to identify limitations, give you flexibility or strength work to address them, and give you scaling options for workouts. The coach will tailor the pace of instruction and the rigor of your sessions specifically to your fitness capacity. Upon completion of your 4 Private sessions, you will be ready to join in our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes. Your Gantry Prep Package INCLUDES One (1) month Unlimited Gold Membership. Jump into classes and throw down with our other members.
Group classes are a great way to push yourself to the next level with some new training partners. If you are ready to commit long term we also have 3 Month and 6 Month Gold Membership options available with your 6 Prep Privates. Prep Package Class Features:

Best coaching and programming
Our goal at CrossFit Gantry is to provide our members with the best coaching and programming we can. In true CrossFit fashion our Programming is broad, varied and inclusive. We break the year down into training cycles and use the varied programming to reach specific goals during each cycle. On top of being great CrossFitters, our coaches are trained CrossFit Instructors. We are the ONLY CrossFit Gym in New York with four Certified CrossFit L3 Trainers. Our coaches hold specialties in CrossFit Endurance, Gymnastics, Powerlifting and Olympic lifting as well as a multitude of Non CrossFit specialties and certifications. We regularly attend workshops and seminars as a team and hold in house training to make us better coaches for our members. Pricing:

Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
You will be pushed to your limits
Long Island City Barbell club meets three days a week and performs the classic lifts as well as accessory strength and technique movements according to a prescribed program designed for linear progression of the entire team of lifters. Although the program is a team effort the weights used and details of the movements are adjusted based on the skill level of each individual. Consistency, discipline, and teamwork are the basis of every training session. You will be pushed to your limits as you push those around you to theirs, all while having the time of your life in the quest for the the savage grace that is a well executed lift at your max potential.
