Why aren’t we doing snatch for strength before today’s WOD?

Todays WOD is 10 rounds at a moderate load.  50 total snatches.  That is enough volume for one workout.  Focus on technique and efficient movement and do the 5 snatches should be performed unbroken EVERY round and the double unders should be unbroken every round IF you have double unders.  We have placed a 12 minute time cap. EVERYBODY who can do double unders should finish this workout at whatever load you choose to do. Pick a load that can be 5 reps unbroken.  And then MOVE FAST. This workout is about intensity through speed and little rest.
