On a treadmill:
Warm up 10 mins easy running.
then
Tabata intervals 4 mins
With the treadmill set at an 8-10 incline and at your 5K pace, perform 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. Keep the belt speed going and jump onto the side rail for your rest.
Cool down 5 mins.
