I have have never been as proud to be a CrossFit affiliate as I am at this moment. I am not an emotional person, but watching this video made me cry. I am so thankful for the amazing group of people around the world who are taking on this challenge head on and making a difference in our members lives. I am thankful for our coaches and our members who are all hanging in, digging in and DOING IT!! Keep it up. We will get through this together. Let’s get better!
