Lift4Lymph Saturday 09.28.2013

On Saturday September 28th. We will be Co-Sponsoring the Lift4Lymph Fundraiser with CrossFIt Queens to help raise money and awarness for Lymphedema and Lymphatic diseases.  As our part we will be performing the Lift4Lymph WOD during our regular class times at 10 and 11 am.  At Noon some of us will go over to CrossFit Queens to do the workout.  If you come to class or would like to do the WOD at CrossFit Queens, please try to Make a small donation here.   I will organize rides to leave Gantry at Noon.  This IS NOT a competition, it is participation workout for CrossFitters of all levels.  Learn more about Lymphedema.

CrossFit Kids Gantry

We are excited to start our CrossFit Kids program!  Please join us on Saturday September 14th for a Free Intro.
Intro class is a great chance for parents to check out what we do and for your young athlete to get a taste of CrossFit: while the kids are doing a fun little workout, we’ll cover the basics of CrossFit Kids and answer questions for you, the adults.
CrossFit Gantry members and non-members are equally welcome.  Feel free to share this with friends who may be interested in having their child participate!

Sunday Open Floor Hours are back

Beginning this Sunday, September 8th, Open Floor hours are back from 11 am -1 pm.

Also, keep an eye on the fall schedule for more Open Floor times during the week.

Closed Labor Day Weekend

We will be closed for the Labor Day weekend Holiday from Saturday August 31st-Monday September 2nd.  We will close one hour early on Friday night at 7 pm. Our regular schedule will resume on Tuesday September 3rd.  I will post workouts for Sat-Mon that can be done at home our outside.  We will have additional lifting hours on Friday August 30th.  The schedule for Friday will be as follows:
CrossFit 6, 7 am
Lifting Lab 7-8:30 am
CrossFit 12 pm
Open Floor 4 pm
CrossFit 5,6 pm
Powerlifting 5-7 pm

August Schedule Changes

We will be making minor schedule changes/additions for the month of August.
Tues-Thurs 6 pm: Lifting Lab. The back room can be used for Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting.  This will be a 1 hour session and will count towards your weekly total.
Friday 5 pm: Open Floor for 1 hour.
Saturday 12 pm: Open Floor for 1 hour.
Sunday: CLOSED
