Teams of 2 complete 60 reps of the following:
60 Buprees while your partner holds the front rack position with 115/75#
60 Front squats 75/115# while your partner holds a handstand
60 Thursters 75/115# while your partner holds chin over bar (any grip)
*One partner works while the other partners holds a static position. Switch as needed
