April Updates:

We have some exciting things happening in the month of April and  some important dates and schedule changes.

Beginning April 1st, all 2x week and 3x week memberships will now become 8 x month and 12 x month.  We understand schedules get hectic with work, people get sick and you get lazy ( we do not condone laziness).  You will now not have to worry about losing a session if one of those life events comes up.  There will be no more one week holds for a hangnail or hangover. You have the rest of the month to use the class.  That being said, you will only see results if you are consistent.  You are in control of your fitness.
Saturday April 5th, 1 pm: Paleo/Zone Nutrition Presentation with Bryan and Devin.  We will follow up the Nutrition talk with a One month Nutrition Challenge.  Details to follow.
Monday April 7th: Beginning  of the new schedule with evening classes  shifting times to the half hour. Classes will move to  5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 pm Monday – Thursday,  and  5:30, 6:30 on Fridays.  We will also have 8:30 pm class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Keep an eye on the calendar for the class updates.
Beginning April 7th with the Class schedule change we will also require everyone to sign up for class online or through the mobile app prior to class times.  Classes will be limited to 15 people for now.
Tuesday April 8th, 7pm: Gantry Endurance Running Class is back.  Every Tuesday night at 7 pm. The weather is finally taking a turn for the better and it is time to get out and run.  Coach Joey will be back coaching the Gantry Endurance Class. Also keep any eye out for a weekend running workshop in the near future.
Wednesday April 9th: Wednesday nights  7:30 pm is Ladies Night.  Ladies only coached by Christina.
Saturday April 12th: Kids Night Out.  For those of you with children, Our CrossFit Kids Coach Michele hosts a night of CrossFit, games and pizza.
Saturday and Sunday April 19 and 20: Strength Seminar with Dana and Justin. Saturday 1-5 pm and Sunday 10-2 pm.  If you are not heading out of town for Easter and you have nothing to do, sign up and get your lift on.
Saturday May 17th: One year Anniversary Party.
